Our extension and remodel of Ivy Farm, a Grade II Listed Cotswold farmhouse, was the winner of Residential Modern Extension of The Year in the 2024 Listed and Modern Awards. It has received significant coverage in The Times, the media partner of the awards.

The awards jury commended the “subtlety and imagination” evident in the project which rescued a dilapidated Grade II listed building, while creating a bright, contemporary kitchen which introduced transformative southerly connections to the garden.
