Construction documents are nearing finalisation for the on site construction of an extension and remodel of The Paddocks. The building is an interesting 1946 cottage built as a wedding present and designed by noted architect Eric Francis. The proposal reinstates the metal framed windows which were characteristic of this Crittal era design and introduces a new extension wing.
